Welcome to the Lake Mutanda - Uganda

The 18 Residences are integrated with a 5-star resort with 12 guest villas, a clubhouse, a restaurant and a spa the property spans across 3 hectares of a private peninsula on Lake Mutanda, in direct proximity of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, home to world famous Gorilla Trekkings.

The construction of the Residences will take up to 24 months and the Resort opening is scheduled for the end of 2025. A leading resort operator was chosen for branding and marketing for the Resort and Residences. The team has already established conditions of collaboration with The Pavilions Hotels and Resorts boutique hotel group founded on their fruitful partnership to date as well as their good knowledge about remote locations.
